"Makes Teamwork So Much Easier"
Shared projects have made teamwork a million times easier for me. I can assign tasks to my wife and coworkers, and the comments keep everything clear without a bunch of back-and-forth. We’re texting way less now, which feels like a small miracle.

"Honestly keeps my week from going off the rails!!!"
I use todoist pretty much every day for both work stuff and random home things, and it’s been a huge help!!! It’s easy to use, syncs super fast, and I’m not constantly forgetting all those little tasks anymore!!! Really happy I started using it!!!

"Reliable for everyday reminders"
I mostly use Todoist to keep track of little reminders throughout the day, and for the most part, the notifications come through right when I need them. It’s one of those apps I came to trust quickly because it just fits into my routine without much fuss. Every now and then, if an alert doesn’t show up the way I expected, I go with my gut and double-check the settings. But overall, it’s been reliable, simple to use, and really helpful for not letting small tasks slip by.

"I’ve bounced between a bunch of…"
I’ve bounced between a bunch of task apps, but Todoist is the one that somehow stayed on my phone. The free version already does enough to be useful, and when I finally paid for it, it felt reasonable for what you get. It just helps me keep my week from turning into a pile of loose errands. Weirdly, I remember setting it up while eating a slightly melted granola bar in my car, and I still use the same shopping list project from that day.

"Really helpful once you get used to it"
I use Todoist pretty much every day now, mostly to keep my work tasks from turning into a mess. Projects, labels, and due dates make it a lot easier to stay on top of everything. It did take me a little while to figure out the best setup, and a few things weren’t super obvious at first, but nothing that really bothered me. Once I got into the habit, it became a tool I rely on a lot

"Really helpful for planning"
I really like being able to see all my tasks right on the calendar... it just makes planning my day feel a lot easier. The sync works well for the most part, though yeah, sometimes moving dates around feels a bit clunky. But overall, it’s still super useful.

"I mostly use Todoist through the Chrome..."
I mostly use Todoist through the Chrome extension, and I have to admit, it’s been more useful than I expected. If I’m in my email or just browsing around, I can add a task quickly without getting pulled away from what I’m doing.

The phone widgets are probably the part I use the most. I keep one on my home screen so I can glance at what’s due today without having to open the app, which sounds small but actually helps.
I’m not sure it does anything super groundbreaking, but it’s reliable and stays out of the way, which is kind of exactly what I need. Hard to complain, honestly. I’d give it 5 stars...

"I started noticing how useful it is quickly"
At first I just thought it was a handy setup, but after using it a bit, I started seeing the pattern of how much time it saves in little ways. Everything feels easy to figure out, and once you get into the flow, it just kind of makes sense. Definitely one of those things you appreciate more the more you use it.

"Honestly keeps me on track"
I’ve been using Todoist to keep tabs on what I actually get done each day, the Karma points kind of surprised me. Like, they’re simple, but seeing my streaks and finished tasks really helps me feel less scattered.
It’s not totally perfect, sure, but for juggling my work stuff and random home tasks, it’s been super helpful. So yeah, 5 stars from me.

"Easy to use, but I do have the same little complaints"
I’ve been using todoist for a while because it’s really easy to use. Adding tasks is quick, moving stuff around is simple, and the app doesn’t feel cluttered or confusing, which I really appreciate. I use it for work stuff and also random home things like errands or reminders. That said, I do find myself complaining about the same little things over and over. Sometimes I wish certain features were a bit more flexible, and every now and then I’m like, why isn’t this easier? It’s not a huge deal, but it comes up again and again for me. Still, for the most part, it just works and keeps me from forgetting things, so I’m happy with it overall.

"Heads up: Todoist is good, but the free plan feels limited"
Just a warning for anyone thinking about using Todoist: it works really well for keeping track of daily tasks, and I actually liked how simple it was to use. But the free plan started feeling too restrictive quickly, especially with limits on projects and reminders. If you rely on reminders a lot or need to organize multiple areas of your life, you may end up needing the paid version sooner than expected

"Pretty handy when you’re offline"
I used it without an internet connection and it still saved my tasks just fine. Reading between the lines, that’s really the main thing I needed it to do, so I’m happy with it.

"I’ve used a few similar apps before…"
I’ve used a few similar apps before, and this one works well for the most part. It’s easy enough to use and does what I need, but the reminders can be a little odd sometimes. Not a dealbreaker, just something I noticed.

"The integrations are the part I actually care about"
I’ll be honest, I haven’t explored every single feature, but the integrations were what I was paying attention to and they’ve been solid. The stuff I use day to day just connects and works without me having to mess with it, which saves me a lot of little headaches

"Simple and Actually Useful"
I use Todoist mostly for the stuff that repeats, like bills, cleaning, gym days, and little work reminders. Setting up recurring tasks is really easy — I can just type something like “every Friday” or “every 2 weeks” and it understands what I mean. It saves me from having to write the same things over and over. I also like that if I miss a task, it’s not a pain to fix or reorganize. I’ve been using it for a while now, and it’s just become part of my routine. Nothing fancy, just simple, reliable, and useful.

"I’m usually a little skeptical when apps..."
I’m usually a little skeptical when apps talk about being “customizable” because half the time that just sounds like polished company wording. But with Todoist, it actually has been useful. I can set up labels, filters, project colors, recurring tasks, and all that in a way that fits how I already think about my day. I use it for work stuff and random personal tasks too. It did take me a bit to get everything set up the way I wanted, but now it feels natural.

"Email tasks do work, just not always smoothly"
It’s a handy feature, and I do use it. But sometimes the formatting gets a little weird, which makes things not as smooth as I’d like
